Clara Zetta Stopher was the half sister of Ethel (Elsie) Stopher and other children Thomas had with various wives. A sweet church loving girl with much faith in the Lord. She suffered much with tuberculosis and moved to Denver, Colorado, a better place for her health. She finally died of the disease. Her family was heartbroken.

Clara was also a half sister to Glendora Stopher Clark. Clara never married and was twenty five years old when she died.

Clara was the product of an affair between her father Thomas Laben Stopher and Miss Lizzie Porter. Sweet hearted Clara was raised by the third wife of Thomas Stopher, Ella Gage Stopher. Clara was kind hearted, bright and of a cheerful disposition. Ella Gage Stopher adored her and took her body back to Ohio, where she was born, to be buried.
