William Leffler was born to Louis Leffler and Myrtle Isophene Woodard on 11 Jul 1922 in Shelbyville, Indiana.
He attended Shelbyville High School until the war took him away. He lost his life in the WWII European Theater, somewhere over Italy on 26 Apr 1943. His body was returned to the USA for burial at Union Chapel Cemetary after the war.
He married Priscilla Margaret Eades on 1 Jul 1939. They had 2 children; Judith Ann Leffler and Lewis Edward Leffler
Judith married Tommy Jerome Hill of Shelbyville, Indiana and they had 3 boys.
