Mrs. Florence R. Zumbrum

HANOVER – Mrs. Florence R. Zumbrum, 65, of 1054 Baltimore Street, died last evening at 5:25 at Hanover General Hospital where she was a patient four weeks.
She retired five years ago from Middleburg Manufacturing Company. Her husband, Samuel I. Zumbrum, died August 27, 1965.
A daughter of the late George W. and Jane Miller Rinehart, she was a member of the Lutheran congregation of St. Paul (Dub’s) Union Church and the Ladies’ auxiliary of Parkville Fire Company.
Surviving are eight children, Norman Zumbrum, 26 Redwood Lane; Mrs. Mamie Brown, 454 South High Street; Mrs. Betty James, Clair Zumbrum and Mrs. Richard Fissel, all of Hanover RD 2; Shirley Zumbrum, at home; Marlin Zumbrum, 32 Lincoln Drive, and Jesse Zumbrum, 37 Third Street; 19 grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Samuel Runk, Brodbeck RD; Mrs. Raymond Zumbrum, Hanover RD 3, and Mrs. Curtis Snyder, Westminster, Md., and a brother, Edwin Rinehart, Hanover RD 2.
Rev. Carl E. Yost, her pastor, will officiate at funeral services Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, 269 Frederick Street. Burial will be in Penn Memorial Gardens.
