Services for Mildred Pearl Thompson, 84, of Crosbyton were held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Mar. 7, 1995 in Campbell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Les Griffin, pastor of First Baptist Church of Crosbyton, officiating.

Burial was in the Crosbyton Cemetery.

She died Sunday, March 5, 1995, in Crosbyton Clinic Hospital.

She was born March 13, 1910, in Jayton. She married Elmer Thompson on Oct. 1, 1927, in Dickens. He died in 1970. She was a Baptist.

She was a homemaker. She had lived in Crosbyton for the past 25 years.

Survivors include a son Clyde of California; a daughter, Mary Lou Gamblin of Dickens; four brothers, Raymond Chisum of Tulia, Buster Chisum and Frank Chisum, both of Jayton and R.Z. Chisum of Spur; two sisters, Velma Cheye of Jayton and Katie Dyer of Arkansas; four grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
