COLEMAN -- Funeral for Alonzo F. Barnett, 65, of Coleman, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Stevens Funeral Home in Coleman with the Rev. William Weeks, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Santa Anna, officiating.

Mr. Barnett died at 10:30 a.m. Sunday in the Overall-Morris Memorial Hospital in Coleman.

Born Aug. 16, 1906 in Coleman County, Mr. Barnett married Allene Bolton in Brady July 16, 1924. He was a life-long resident of Coleman County.

Survivors are his wife of the home; three daughers, Mrs. Idella Wristen and Mrs. Billie Guthrie, both of Santa Anna, and Mrs. Avis Vaughn of the isalnd of Malta; two sisters, Mrs. John Crye and Mrs. Scott Cole, both of
Coleman; two brothers, W. H. (Bill) and Artie of Coleman; nine grandchidren; one great-grandchild.
