Services for Lois Acker,77,of Odessa
are scheduled for 10 a.m.Thursday at
Frank Wilson Funeral Directors Chapel
with the Rev.John Rasco officiating.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial
Gardens.

Mrs.Acker died Tuesday at Medical
Center Hospital.She was born Feb.
22.1912,in Mount Selmon.She married
Ellsworth Adair Acker April 10,1937
in Mount Selmom.

Mrs.Acker moved to Odessa from
Jacksonville in 1949.She received
a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Elementary Education from the
University of Texas.She taught at
Fannin Early Education Center and
Ireland Elementary School,before
retiring in 1972.She was a member
of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband,two
daughters,Ann Adams of Odessa and
Beth White of Midland,two brothers,
Louis Boone of Mount Selmon and J.M.
Boone of Rusk,two sisters,Carrie Ann
Gower of Mount Selmon and Lee Ella
Burgess of Nacogdoches,and two grand-
children.

Frank Wilson Funeral Directors is in
charge of arrangements.
