MRS. HARLEY WELLMAN DIES AT HOME HERE
Funeral Plans For 64-Year-Old Woman To Be Announced
Mrs. Harley (Catherine) Wellman, 64, died early Saturday morning at her home at 508 N. Baltimore.
Mrs. Wellman was the daughter of Richard A. and Susan Shoop Brown, and was born in Adair county March 15, 1892. She was married to Harley G. Wellman at Kirksville on April 8, 1916, and to this marriage one daughter was born.
She is survived by her husband; the daughter, Mrs. Robert J. (Harlene) Bailey, Randolph Field, San Antonio, Texas; three brothers, Walter Brown, Hal Brown and George Brown, all of Novinger; three sisters, Mrs. Carm (Maude) Elsea, Green Castle, Mrs. Carrie Green, Kirksville, and Mrs. Glen (Ollie) Allen, Novinger, and one grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
Mrs. Wellman was a member of the First Baptist church in Kirksville.
The body is at the Dee Riley Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Mrs. Harley Wellman Funeral Wednesday
Funeral services for Mrs. Harley (Catherine) Wellman, will be held at the First Baptist church Wednesday afternoon at 2:00, conducted by the Rev. Ralph M. G. Smith, pastor of the church. Interment will be in the Maple Hills cemetery.
The body will be at the Dee Riley Funeral Home until noon Wednesday, when it will be taken to the church to lie in State until the funeral hour.
Bearers will be John M. Peterson, Emmett Brown, Richard Fox, Glen Brown, Gerald Brown and Richard Brown.
