Cynthia died prior 12 December 1894 and in 1900 her mother Ida Jane Hatt Stevens would tell the census taker that she had given birth to six children with five living. Those remaining siblings were Sophia Esther Stevens, Clyde Ingram Stevens and Orval Lester Stevens.

"Lennie Stevens of Hudnut, buried his infant child at Rush Creek
Monday."
Monday would have been 10 December 1894. My estimation was that Cynthia was born ca 1894.
She could have been named after Ida's grandmother,Cynthia Ann McKinsey Hatt and Leonard's sister Ida Belle Stevens. We do not know that the B stands for Belle, but a good guess.
There is no tombstone found in this cemetery for Cynthia B. Stevens, but she is listed in the cemetery records.
