David is my Third Great Uncle, son of War of 1812, Veteran Henry C. and Jane Hamilton-Taylor. He married Harriett Cruisan, April 2, 1852, in Jasper County, Illinois.

According to the May 5, 1881, Terre Haute Weekly Gazette, David died of "brain fever." Some family members I interviewed told me they believed David is buried in the Vincennes City Cemetery, Vincennes, Knox County, Indiana.
