Mother Of Area Residents Dies; Funeral Friday

Mrs. Christ (Mina C.) Thofson, 85, a resident in the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Enderson, 2117 Harmony Ave., died at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday at home. She had been ill one year with a heart condition.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Hartland Lutheran church. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Thofson was born Jan. 8, 1877 at Sacred Heart in Renville County. Her parents were the late Halvor and Anna Marie Sybilrud. She was a member of the Hartland Lutheran church.

She married to Christ Thofson June 14, 1900. He died March 22, 1932.

One son, Calum, died in infancy . Two brothers,
Adolph and Martin, and one sister, Mrs. Albert (Helena) Sheggrud, also preceded her in death.
Immediate survivors are four sons:
