Lois Elizabeth Mason Trull, 88, of Martinsville and formerly of Collinsville, died Friday, Oct. 1, 2010, at the Golden Living Center in Martinsville.
She was born in Bassett on Dec. 16, 1921, to Beverly D. and Mary Brown Mason. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Waller Trull Sr.; four sisters, Brooksie Mason Boaz, Estelle Mason Tuggle, Myrtle Mason Wiggington and Allison Mason Joyce; and four brothers, Cephas Mason, Buford Mason, Paul Mason and Noland Mason.
She was a Red Cross volunteer and a member of the Lioness Club.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Collinsville.
Surviving are a daughter, Sharon Trull Seay of Ridgeway; four sons, James W. Trull Jr. of Martinsville, Roy C. Trull of Chester, Randolph M. Trull of Prince George and Michael W. Trull of Axton; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Collins-McKee-Stone Funeral Home, Martinsville Chapel, with the Rev. Larry Cheek officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Burial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home and other times at the home of James W. Trull Jr., 1379 Dyers Store Road, Martinsville.
