His finger was partially off at second joint on his right hand. He was hospitalized on June 30, 1944 at Herman Hospital in Houston, Harris, Texas. He passed away on July 19, 1944 while he was there. His residence was 2418 Morris in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was a widow at the time of his death.
