Bonham, Texas -- Funeral services for Reta Mae (Adams) Trout, age 79 of Bonham, TX will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel in Bonham, TX. Minister Carl Dye will officiate the service.
Interment will follow at Willow Wild Cemetery in Bonham, TX.
Mrs. Trout passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Seven Oaks Nursing Home.
Reta Mae Adams was born on June 26, 1931 in Bonham, TX to parents John Brack and Jessie Mae (Watkins) Adams.
Reta married Glendell Ray Trout on October 1, 1949 in Bonham, TX; he preceded her in death on February 16, 1991.
She graduated from Bonham High School in 1949. Reta worked at Bonham High School's daycare Facility and was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by daughter Debbie Walker and husband Andy of Ravenna, son-Terry Trout of Bonham, TX Tammy Wiessert and husband Mike of Bonham, TX; grandchildren Dawn and Brad Nichols, Jason and Ashley Walker, Amy and Justin O'Neal, and Dylan Thacker, great grandchildren Brady and Baille Nichols, Trinty Thacker, Addison O'Neal, Colton Walker, and special friend Ray Richardson.
Pallbearers will be Dylan Thacker, Justin O'Neal, Jason Walker, Brad Nichols, Brady Nichols, and Kevin Dennis.
Family visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home in Bonham, TX from 6-8 P.M.
