Ira L. Sigler Passes Away In Oklahoma
Son of Late Thomas (no) Sigler of Renssleaer Dies at Home in Tulsa of Paralysis
Ira L. Sigler, 60, son of the late Dr. and Mrs. Thommas (no) Sigler of Rensselaer, died at his home in Tulsas, Oklahoma, last week after a three weeks' illness. Death was caused by paralysis.
Mr. Sigler was born in Hebron and went to Tulsa in 1910 where he became associated with the Commeraicial club, forerunner of the chamber of commerce. Mr. Sigler acted in capacity of secretary of the Commmercial Club for several years and was also identified with oil interests. He later operated a retail grocery store for six years, retiring five years ago.
Surviving are the widow and one son, Raymond B. Sigler.
Services were held at the Christian Science Church of Tulsa on Monday.
Information concerning Mr. Sigler's death was furnished by Mrs. Walter R. Bragg of Tula and formerly of this city.
