Katie Caroline Starr's Mother Nancy M.(Oney)Starr listed her four daughters in the administration papers of her deceased husband, J. A. Starr, was the oldest of the four. Born in 1881, the next two were twins - Nancy Bell, and Jody Ell born 1883 (she married Herbert White). The last sister born was Amanda Dell Starr, married Sidney Jones.
