HENDERSON - Services for Wayne Stearns, 68, of Henderson, will be 7 p.m. today, December 20, 2007, at Crawford-Crim-Bryan Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Harold Springfield officiating. Interment will be in Hewitt Cemetery in Wilson, Okla. Mr. Stearns died December 18, 2007, at his residence.

Born October 31, 1938, in New London, he served in the U.S. Army during the Cuban Missile Crisis and retired from TXU in 2000. Survivors include his sisters, Pauline Shores, Billie Sue Lowery and Sandy Fanning; and brothers, Kenneth, Glen, Ronnie and Larry Don Stearns.
