Mrs. Nannie Hinshaw Blansett, 85 Winchester Route 2. died at 9 a.m., Thursday, April 18, 1968, at the Randolph County Hospital. She had been seriously ill for the past ten days; her husband Noldo Blansett, died a week ago today.
Mrs. Blansett was born in Randolph County, daughter of Greenbury and Racheal Hinshaw. She was a member of the Rural Friends Meeting and had taught a sunday school class there more than 35 years. She and her husband had observed their Sixty-sixth Wedding Anniversary last February 5.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. A.W. (Idirs) Glebe of Dayton, O., Mrs. Grace Mendelson of Richmond and Mrs. Carl (Winifred) Thompson of near Winchester; two grandchildren Jack Mendelson of Tempe, Arz., and Jill Thompson of near Winchester, and one great-grandaughter, Laura Ann Medelson of Tempe, one son Marvin, died in 1934 and 10 brothers and sisters preceded her in death.
