MRS. BEATRICE W. LIVERGOOD - WILLIAMSPORT - Mrs. Beatrice (Welker) Livergood, 54, a resident of WIlliamsport for the past 10 years, died yesterday at 4 p.m. in the Williamsport Hospital. She had formerly resided at Clearfield. Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed and will appear tomorrow, along with an obituary.

Mrs. Beatrice Livergood

WILLIAMSPORT - Mrs. Beatrice (Welker) Livergood, 54, died in the Williamsport Hospital at 3:50 p.m. Thursday. She was a Williamsport resident for the past ten years.

Born Dec. 16, 1905 at Jersey Shore. Mrs. Livergood was a daughter of the late Bert and Evelyn (Appleton) Shadle.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Livergood, Williamsport, and the following children: Dean, at home: Mrs. Floyd (Helen) Welch. Mrs. Albert (Grace) Bates, Jr., Woodrow Welker, Luther Welker and James Welker, all of Clearfield; Elisworth Welker, Baltimore, Md.: William Welker, Astabula, Ohio: and Thomas Welker, Ft. Benning, Ga.

The following brothers and sisters also survive: John Shadle, Avis; Elmer Shadle, Jersey Shore; and Mrs. Maynard Nichols, Baltimore, Md. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren.

A daughter, Doris Ann, preceded her in death.

Services will be held from the Leavy Funeral Home at Clearfield Tuesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Ear N. Rowe and the Rev. Bruce Cleaver officiating. Interment will be in the Bradford Cemetery at Woodland.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 7:30 p.m. tomorrow. Monday afternoon and evening and until time of services Tuesday.
