Paul Eugene Scott was the youngest son of Pinkney Monroe Scott and Alice Watson. Born in Shelby County Alabama he enlisted into the Army on January 30, 1942 at Fort McPherson in Atlanta, Georgia. He was assigned to the 23rd Infantry Battalion, 7th Armoured Division. Awards - Purple Heart. Killed in Action on September 1, 1944.
