She was born January 25, 1914 in Mona, Utah to Henry E. and Zelnora Christensen Kay. She married Jess Lewis Fordham May 31, 1932 in Tooele, Utah. Preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, who passed away October 2, 1992, and two daughters, Lynette Noreen Hansen and Kay Patrica Fordham.
She is survived by two daughters, Eileen Neale of Tucson, Arizona; Sheila (George) Kohlert of Everett, Washington; a brother, Jack Kay; a sister, Meda Kay Norris; 14 grandchildren, 49 great-grand-children and 10 great-great-grand-children.
