Mrs. Bernice Shivy, mother of Justice of the Peace Frank Shivy, Luzerne, died yesterday morning at the family home, 320 Miller Street, that borough. She was a resident of Luzerne many years.
Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 9 with requiem mass at 9:30 in St. John's Church. Interment will be in St. Hedwig's Cemetery, Larksville.
Surviving are these children: Stephen, Swoyerville; Frank, secretary of Luzerne Borough Council; Leo and Victor, at home; Mrs. Michael Johnson, Forty Fort; Mrs. Frank Clark, Luzerne, Sister, Mrs. Mary Koval and brother, Walter Anutoske, both of Oil City, also survive.
