MRS. G. H. PEACOCK
The funeral of the late Mary Jane Peacock, wife of Mr. G. H. Peacock of 12 Hely Avenue, Turvey Park, who died at the Wagga Base Hospital on Tuesday took place yesterday afternoon. The cortege moved from St. John's Church of England, Wagga, after a service conducted by the Ven. Archdeacon West, an old friend of the family. Mr. Loam officiated at the organ, while the many present joined in singing "Abide With Me." Interment took place in the Wagga cemetery where the Ven. Archdeacon Davies officiated at the graveside. Relatives and friends were present from Coolamon, Tooyal, Malebo, Euberta, Mangoplah, Westby, Little Billabong, North Wagga, Sydney and Wagga. The funeral arrangements were conducted by Alan Harris of Wagga.
