Mary Ellen "Sis" Isbell (1839-aft 1 Jun 1900)

Spouses:

Brasher Saga, page 435 reads "Rhoda Brasher, m. and had a child. Soon separated, died young. Rhoda had "an unusual mind": she carried a big butcher knife and stalked through the woods in a weird way. Parents chastized naughty children by telling them, "Aunt Rhodie'll get you, if you don't watch out." "

#2 Dovie Unknown (1887-????)
Note from Judi Walker Hardin dated 19 July 2006:
Aaron Watson was married before he married Granny Mattie. He was married to Dovie Isbell and they had 2 sons. I don't ever remember seeing them or hearing their names in my life time.
The following is the only Aaron/Aron/Aran Watson in Alabama in 1910.
