Mrs.Florence Whiting

Mrs. Florence G. Whiting, 77, of 33 second st. , Glens Falls, died Monday (April 9,1979) in Glens Falls Hospital after a long illness.
Mrs. Whiting is survived by eight daughters, Mrs. Doris Ballard, Mrs.Milford Palmer, Mrs. Arthur Smith and Mrs. Edward Meyers, all of West Glens Falls, Mrs.Agnes Baker and Miss Carol Whiting,both of Glens Falls, Mrs. Lawrence Cook of Fort Edward and Mrs.James Ellis of Hudosn Falls; six sons, Edward Whiting, of queensbury, Raymond and Fredrick Whiting ,both of Schenectady, Richard and Albert Whiting, both of Glens Falls, and DOnald Whiting of Fort Wayne , ind; 43 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; a niece, and a gran niece. services will be conducted at 11a.m. thursday at the sullivan and minahan Funeral Home, at 67Park st., by the Rev. Richard Bird, of the first Presbyterian church og Glens Falls. interment will be in Glens Falls Cemetary.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 an 7 to 9 p.m. wednesday at the funeral home.
