Narjis is survived by her mother, Nazhat Mammoo of Sweden, three daughters; Linda Fellone and her husband Brian, Lina Sharp and her husband Harold "H", all of Maumelle, Laura Meti of Little Rock; three grandchildren, Matthew and Michael Fellone and Jacob Sharp; Amil Meti; two sisters, Gladys Shabo and Bushra Werdina, both of Sweden; four brothers, Simon Mammoo of California, Daniel Mammoo of Illinois, Michael Mammoo and Benjamin Mammoo, both of Sweden; Meti family; and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.
Nana, as she was known, had a penchant for whipping up dinner for an army on a moment's notice. She was known for her famous pastries, especially her baklawa. She spoiled her grandchildren to no end and truly loved anyone she met. Active in her church, she was a cornerstone of the annual Greek Food Festival.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 1100 Napa Valley Drive, Little Rock. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, October 26, 2012 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, (501)224-8300.
