Norris City Woman Dies

Mrs. Bessie Bruce, 68, of Norris City, died Saturday [18 Feb 1956] noon at the Welborn Baptist Memorial Hospital in Evansville. The body will lie in state at the Turner Funeral Home in Norris City Tuesday evening. Funeral Services will be Wednesday [22 Feb 1956] at IOOF Church. She was the sister of Rev. Tommie Harper, Methodist minister of Mt. Vernon.

This is the daughter of John William Harper and Margaret Jane Delap. Her husband was William Anderson Bruce.
