Jo Ann Epling was born on December 30, 1937 in Flat Top, W.V. She was the daughter of the late Alfred Tennyson and Vonna N. Epling. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Shirley and Tenny Epling. Jo Ann graduated Shady Spring High School in 1956. She worked with C.O."Smitty" Smith Jr. in the County Clerk's Office and worked at The State Police Dept. She married W.J. Brammer and had 3 children, Gerry Ann, Derrick & Jay. In 1968 Jo Ann married Jerry Meeks. She was a homemaker and worked as an Office Assistant in a dental office for many years. She was also an avid baseball fan. Jo Ann had two grandchildren. She passed away on February 12, 2008 at her home in Islamorada, Florida.
