Death of James Barnett
James K. Barnett, age 84 years died Saturday [sic] morning at his home in Trafalgar after an illness of two weeks. He was one of the early pioneers of the county and well known. The funeral occurred Sunday at Mt. Auburn.
TRAFALGAR - James Barnett died Friday morning at the age of eighty-four. Funeral services conducted by Elder Wolfington were held in the Baptist church Saturday afternoon. On Sunday morning his remains were taken to Mt. Auburn Shelby county for interment.
