∼Franklin Zullo, age 93 of 32 Smith Street, entered into peaceful rest at the Griffin Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret (Scianna) Zullo, and also the late Theresa (Gilotti) Zullo. Born in Naples, Italy to the late Antonio and Angelina (Frattolillo) Zullo. Franklin was a retired foreman from Sikorsky Aircraft, Stratford, and was a Seymour resident for the past ten years, formerly of Beacon Falls, Oxford, Stratford, and of Hartford as a young man. Mr. Zullo was a communicant of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Seymour, and was member, Past President, and Lion of the Year of the Seymour Lions Club, and was a former member of the Oxford Lions Club. Franklin was an avid gardener, and enjoyed making wine.
Franklin leaves his loving family including, three sons, Emilio Zullo of Derby, Ugo Zullo of Seymour, and Ralphfael Zullo of Shelton, two daughters, Angelina Alarcon of Milford, and Rita Zullo-Lubin of Brookfield, a sister Rose Sculli of Rocky Neck; also fourteen grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held in the Church of the Good Shepherd. Entombment in the mausoleum in St. Lawrence Cemetery, West Haven.
