Ernest E. Anger
Funeral services of Ernest E. Anger, 57, of 1213 Kearny Street, who was accidentally killed Monday, January 5, 1953, at a bridge construction job on M-21 near Emmett, will be held at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 7, 1953 in the Kipp Funeral Home. Rev. R. E. Eckerman, pastor of the Seventh-day Adventist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.

Pall bearers will be Emerson Cove, Lloyd Pelton, Robert Anger, Charles Jefferson, Herbert Anger, and Charles Anger.
Mr. Anger was born in Simcoe, Ont., June 10, 1895. He lived in the Port Huron area about 50 years.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ethel L. Anger, five daughters, Joyce, Audrey, and Janet Anger, all of Port Huron, Mrs. Ethel Hoig, Milford, Michigan and Mrs. Edward Harvey, Port Robinson, Ontario; seven sons, Everette, Donald, Douglas, Duncan and Roger Anger, all of Port Huron, and Ernest E. and Albert B. Anger, both of Grand Rapids; eight grandchildren; three brothers, Rev. James Anger, Charles Anger, and Delbert Anger , all of Port Huron; four sisters, Mrs. Merle O'Rourke and Mrs. Anna Bell Merrick, both of Port Huron, Mrs. Marion Mann, Hazel Park
and Mrs. Gertrude Morgan, Simcoe, Ontario, and several nieces and nephews.
