Monday, Nathan Brown, a teamster, and a member of the local post of the G.A.R. at Indianola, Ia., died at his late residence Thirty-first and Harney streets. He was forty-five years of age, and had been a teamster, leaving a wife and several children. He enlisted at the breaking out of the war in company C, Thirty-fourth New Jersey, and served throughout the rebellion. The funeral will take place this afternoon at 2 o'clock, the remains being interred in Laurel Hill cemetery.
