Son of Henry Sage & Mary Carson.
Retired Railroad employee, widower, 76 years old, died of medullary failure.
Death Certificate # 59-045089, informant: Mrs. Elsie Pittack, Newman Grove, NE.

Edward is Edward William Zessin based on quite a bit of evidence. The dates of birth and death are identical. The informant on Edward Sage's death certificate is Elsie Pittack who is a sister of Edward Zessin. Edward Zessin's mother's obituary mentions that she is survived by a son Edward in Huntsville, MO which is about seven miles from Moberly, MO where Edward Sage died. Edward Sage had sisters visit him who are Edward Zessin's sisters. Edward Sage's obituary mentions the sisters of Edward Zessin as his sisters. The newspaper article and the obituary are shown here.
