Mr. Reynolds was born in Goldthwaite and had lived in Brownwood for most of his life.
He was a Baptist.
Survivors: Wife, Leona Reynolds of Brownwood; daughter, Mary Hill of Blanket; son, Steve Reynolds of Brownwood; mother, Bertie Reynolds of Early; three sisters, Louella Wilkinson of Oklahoma, Wanda Nelson of Early and Addlee Westerman of Brownwood; and five grandchildren.

One sister, Mary Etta Reynolds-Singer-Eubank is not mentioned in obituary as the family has not heard from her since 1963 and therefore did not know if she was deceased or a survivor.
