Our Aunt

"Ruth" was the second child born to William Logan May and Minnie Agnes Muskat. She married first to Albert Leslie Brown in Newton, Kansas, in 1923. They were the parents of 5 children. "Leslie" died suddenly in 1934. She had another daughter with Otto Brandt in 1937, but they never married. She married second to "Lafe" Immell in 1945.

She was very family focused. She hosted many May Family Reunions at her home in Missouri beginning in 1982. Her property was invaded with relatives from far and wide. She wrote poems and collected so many little glass jars. She spoiled her dog and had a beautiful smile. She was a small woman, but she loved big.
