The cemetery is actually in Erath and Palo Pinto Counties. 1910 Census finds him working at the coal mine in Thurber. He and his wife, Clara, had been married ten years with no children, according to the Census. They were from Alabama. It is possible Bevely was his nephew since he was found on the 1910 Census living with his parents in Thurber.
