Geneva Stephens, 73, died at home on Oct. 6.

A 25-year resident of Boulder City, she enjoyed many years of cool summers in Montana and the remainder of the years in Nevada with her husband Travis.

Geneva most enjoyed being at home, wherever she made that. With a passion for finding treasures and fixing things, she was happiest tinkering with items she found at auctions, patio sales and antique stores. She loved to share the jewelry she made with friends and family.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Travis Stephens; daughters Cindy Grinter and Karen Stephens; brothers Bill, Bob, John and Walter Sims; grandchildren Hayley Armon, Mandie Bradley and Nash Stephens; and eight great-grandchildren, Andrew, Alana, Alyiah and Annah Armon, Josiah, Jonah and Jeremiah Bradley and Briana Stephens.

She is preceded by her daughter Brenda Stephens and sisters, Betty Schuster and Shirley Jacobs.

Cremation services were handled by Boulder City Family Mortuary.
