Sister Pallmetta Marshall departed this life February 27, 1981 at 730 am. She was the daughter of Mr & Mrs Ed Washington. She united in holy matrimony with Sye Marshall in 1917. To this union, six daughters and four sons were born. She also leaves to mourn two sisters and two brothers, fifty one grandchildren and twenty two great-grandchildren.
