Aunt Annie was married to Lonzo Quig Orr 3 August 1896 in Bossier Parish, Louisiana and they had one son, Paul. Before Paul was 8 years old, Annie & Lonzo divorced and Annie married William L. Watkins. They lived in Atlanta, GA in 1920 and shortly thereafter, they moved back to Dallas, TX.
Her death certificate shows she died of cancer in both breasts.

She also had one son, Paul M. Orr, b. 1901.
