Age 96. 5th of 8 children of Guiseppi & Caterina (Pratico) Colarco. Her parents emigrated to Canada from S. Italy and then moved to Vancover,WA in 1916 so Josephine & her sis who were deaf due to childhood illness could go to WA. State School for the Deaf. She met career soldier Allen Walker who was stationed in Vancouver and later married him and had 3 kids: Jeanette (Hymas), Mary Jo (Lackoff) and John Antonio Walker. Grand and Grt Grandchildren. They lived in various Asian locales. In the last 50+ yrs. she has cared for her husband, mother, children, grandchildren great-grand children and great-great grandchildren. Survived by daughters and grandchildren John and Jim Hymas, Joan Warren, Theresa Baisler and John Allen Walker; 9 great-grandcildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.Husband Allen died in 1953 and her son in 1997.
