Geneva D. Danson, age 85, passed away Monday December 31, 2007. Born December 9, 1922, she was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville. Geneva was a devoted wife and loving mother who made her home and family life her hobby and joy. Geneva was preceded in death by Harry J. Danson, Jr., her husband of 53 years and her beloved son, Kenneth Wayne Danson. She is survived by her two sons, Kerry (Janice) Danson, Harry (Carrie) Danson III, her two daughters, Patricia D. Danson, Julie M. Fuller, her seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one special friend her Little Buddy Sandy. Geneva will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Community Hospice and their caring staff. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 3, 2008, 6 to 8 P.M., at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home Edgewood Chapel 729 S. Edgewood Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32205. Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 4, 2 P.M., at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home Edgewood Chapel with Pastor Charles Hunt officiating.
