Lillian S. Simons (nee Shinn), age 96 of Vincentown, passed away into God's loving and eternal care on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at home.
Wife of the late Edgar Simons; mother of the late Richard Simons; grandmother of the late Everett Gower and great-grandmother of the late Richie Moore. She is survived by her daughter, Blanche Gower of Vincentown and ten grandchildren, Sandra (Orville) Woodard, Bruce (Joan) Gower, Larry (Lois) Gower, Harley (Cheryl) Simons, Beverly (Richard) Hardman, Lynn (David) Dyson, Craig Gower, Claudette (Paul) Moore, Barbara (Ernest) Brown and Brian Simons. Also twenty great-grandchildren and nineteen great great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Monday, September 15, 2008 at the DENNISON FUNERAL HOME in Vincentown. Interment was in the Vincentown Baptist Cemetery.
