Approaching Andalusia from the North: Go S on US29 to Brooklyn Road(County 42)-- this is about 1 1/2 miles south of intersection of US29 with US84/AL55;landmark: Fletcher's Store and Gas Station. TR onto Brooklyn, go 10.2 miles to Jimmy Smith Road (dirt road; landmark: double-wide modular home with red roof. TL onto Jimmy Smith, go .4 miles and bear right onto R&M Farms access road. Proceed through double gate and follow dirt road past large red barn; continue past pond and shed with metal roof, where the road goes straight for about 100 yards and then curves left along a fence and around open field to monument. It is about .6 miles from red barn to monument. The monument sits on the edge of the field facing woods .
