Actress. After graduating from Marymouth High School in New York, she studied at Adelphi College and was later mentored by Sanford Meisner. After being spotted by a talent agent, she made her television debut in an episode of the series "General Electric Theatre," followed by her motion picture bow with a minor role in "Edge of Fury" (1958). She would go on to a four-decade career on the small screen in the programs "Bat Masterson," "Perry Mason," "The Dick Van Dyke Show," "Gunsmoke," "Adam-12," "Emergency!" "Cannon" and "Police Woman." She was formerly married to actor Lee Phillips.
