Actor. Most remembered for his role as matchstick-chewing tough guy Perry in "The Wanderers" (1979), for his role as 'Meat" in the comedy "Porky's" (1981) and its two sequels, and as a mercenary in Die Hard 2 (1990). He also appeared in the film "Continental Divide" (1981) as a former football player turned mountain man. He reprised his role as Perry in "Rising Sun" (1993) playing an adversary for Sean Connery. His television credits include five episodes of the 1980s TV series "Wiseguy" as Mike "Mooch" Cacciatore. He retired from acting in 1993, but claimed the purest fun he had performing was supplying a voice for the low-budget YouTube animated series "Bad Vlad" under the pseudonym Nick Fury. Tony Ganios passed away from cardiac arrest after undergoing successful spinal cord surgery at the age of 64. He was on the way to the hospital to undergo dialysis at the time of his passing.
