NELLER HARVEY (NEE: ALTMAN) - 78
Mrs. Neller Harvey, 78, who lived at Glen St. Mary, died Friday morning at a Macclenny hospital following a brief illness. She was a native of Baker County and was a member of the Macclenny Primitive Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, James Harvey of Glen St. Mary, two daughters, Mrs. Arthur Fuqua, and Mrs. James L. Coleman, both of Jacksonville; six sons, J.C. Harvey, S.E. Harvey, Harry Harvey, Russell Harvey, and Aubrey Harvey, all of Jacksonville, and James Harvey, Jr. of Glen St. Mary; one brother, James Altman, of Glen St. Mary; 13 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 1:00 PM at the Oak Grove Primitive Baptist Church, north of Macclenny in Baker County, with Elder James Land, pastor of the Macclenny Primitive Baptist Church officiating; assisted by Elder Guy Crawford, pastor of the Zions Rest Primitive Baptist Church, Jacksonville. The body will rest in the church from 11 AM until the funeral hour. Pallbearers will be John Dial, L.R. Dugger, Alton Crawford, Paul Crews, R.J. Davis, and J.D. Burnsed. Pallbearers are requested to meet at the church at 12:30 PM. Interment will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of John M. Brinkley, Mortician, Macclenny. Florists are requested to have flowers in Macclenny by 10 AM, Sunday.
