Mrs. Effie Harris Harvey, of 3540 Plum St., died Sunday after a brief illness. Survivors include her husband, James C. Harvey, Jacksonville; a son, C.E. Harvey of West Memphis, Ark., a daughter, Mrs. W. C. Green, Jacksonville; a brother, E.H. Harris, Jacksonville; and five sisters, Mrs. Opal Silcox, Orlando, Mrs. Ruth Elmlinger, Huron, Ohio, Mrs. Esther Fuller, Sandusky, Ohio, Mrs. Ruby Belch, of Castleberry, FL., and Mrs. Altie Lindsay of Virginia Beach, VA.; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, in the Zion's Rest Primitive Baptist Church, the Rev. Herman Jordan and the Rev. Ellis McCormick officiating. Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements in charge of Giddens-Griffith Funeral Home, 729 S. Edgewood Ave.
