Sherry graduated from AL Brown High School. She worked for Burgess Chiropractic Clinic as a receptionist for over twenty years until she retired to pursue her favorite "job" as being Nana to her beloved grandchildren. Sherry loved traveling, shopping, hiking, and reading.
The family will receive friends at Whitley's Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, October 26, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Memorial Baptist Church and will be officiated by Rev. Jim Harris and Rev. Jason Barber. Graveside service will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.
Sherry is survived by her son, Danny Earnhardt, Jr (Sarah), grandchildren, Nash and Miles. She is also survived by sister, Judy Lippard (David) and brother, Tony Eury Sr. (Lynne). Sister in laws, Cathy Earnhardt Watkins (Mike), and Kaye Earnhardt Snipes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well her four-legged fur baby, Kasey.
She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church.
The family asks that donations be made to The Humane Society in Sherry's memory.
