Last rites for Mrs. George Duncan, S1. Route 2, Ladonia, were held a Wise Funeral Home chapel at 3: 30 o'clock Thursday after noon. She died in the M&S hospital. Bonham, Tuesday, Nov. 27, 1962. Officiating at the services were the Rev. Milford Thompson, pastor of the First Methodist church in Leonard, and the Rev. Don Spain. pastor of a Baptist church in Greenville. Interment was in the Providence cemetery. Pallbearers were Tom McDonald, David Miller, J. T. Woodson, Choice Moore, Jerry Owens and Claude Bolin. The survivors are her husband, George Duncan, of the home, Route 2, Ladonia: three brothers, Dick Malone of Fort Worth and Floy and Clint Malone, both of Dallas: three sisters, Mrs. Sally Mae Epperson of Wolfe City, Mrs. Lola Gilbreath of Las Cruces, N. M. and Mrs. Elsie Apple of Commerce and her mother, Mrs. John Malone of Hail. Born in Arkansas, July 1, 1911, Mrs. Duncan was the former Miss Leia Malone.
