She was my sister's husbands sister.

2022 Mar 16 - Warsaw, Indiana - Pheobe Kay Todd was born Sunday 22 Mar 1959 in Cherry Grove Township to Ronald Oben "Ron" & Beverly (Sutton) Todd, she was the one of eight children. She married Eugene A. Arrington Jr. Saturday 10 Dec 1977 in Michigan. Phoebe & Eugene moved to Indiana in 1979 to begin their life together following his service in the Air Force.

She became a full-time homemaker after working several jobs around Warsaw, including at Grace Village and Goodwill. After helping take care of her siblings growing up, her passion of serving others became deeply rooted in her life and purpose. Her greatest joys included helping others, cooking expansive meals and celebrating holidays and events with loved ones. She was also known to craft immaculate cards for any occasion as well as beautiful wood decor pieces. She also enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, like sitting out on her back patio with her husband, calling her children on the phone or traveling on a vacation with her friends and enjoying an order of all-you-can-eat shrimp. Her greatest joy was spending time with her husband and two children. She will forever be missed and remembered for her kind heart and passion for being there for others.

Phoebe Kay Arrington, formerly of Warsaw, Indiana died in the early hours of Monday 16 Mar 2020 at the age of 60 y 11 m 25 d in her home. Survivors included her husband, Eugene; 2 children, Eugene & Becca Arrington III and Hannah Arrington; her mother, Beverly; and 7 brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her father, Ron 10 Oct 1986.

A celebration of life service was held 12-4 pm Friday 12 Dec 2020 at The VIC at 110 N. Buffalo St in Warsaw. Temperatures were to be taken at the door and masks were required.

The family vehemently requested that guests stay home if they were not feeling well or had been near someone who has not felt well to keep everyone safe.
