Bio

I have been doing research on my family since 1976 and am interested in documenting, preserving, and sharing the legacy of the extended family of myself and my husband. Creating memorials of our relatives is essential for the continuation of our family heritage, understanding, and knowledge of each other and where we all came from.

When I find a relative that has been added by another member I will send a request asking that they attach the member to his family so that future generations will find it easier to find their relatives.

I am much more interested in the completeness and accuracy of the information in the Memorials than I am in the number of Memorials I manage. Therefore, if anyone has any valid updates or important information that helps in making these memorials more accurate and complete, please let me know. I desire to manage the FAG Memorials of my family, my husbands family members and those of our friends.

I cross reference each of the Memorial numbers on FAG with the individuals in our genealogy software. This allows me to easily and quickly verify and find individuals within our family trees.

I've tried to be accurate on all of my entries, but if you find an error, please use the edit tab on that memorial, and I will be happy to make corrections or additions to the information.

Please do not ask for transfers unless they are within the guidelines. I would be more than happy to add information and you are more than welcome to add pictures.

The goal is not to "own" every memorial of those to whom you are related. The ultimate goal should be to have meaningful, accurate memorials that honor those who have passed away, regardless of who created the memorial or who maintains it.
